That's correct. It was removed due to having unfixed Release Critical bugs. (See https://tracker.debian.org/news/585258 , https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=765424 and https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=764451 )
