account creation failed

I have been trying to create an account for https://wiki.debian.org/_javascript_/Nodejs to contribute to the wiki. I get this message when I try to register:

Account creation failed: Error 918: please contact debian-www@lists.debian.org for help if this continues.

I have been using these values:

Username: AndrewKelley

Email: superjoe30@gmail.com
