I am trying to create a wiki account via 
https://wiki.debian.org/HowTo?action=newaccount and receive the above error.

Name: JayGates
Password: 24 random characters (apg -a 1 -m 24 -x 24)
email: same as this email's From address

Any help would be appreciated.
