(NB: I got the link to the changelog file from
<http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/curl>, which had a security upload
recently.)

Also in aptitude, if I want to view the changelog (via pressing 'C'), I
get: 

Failed to download the changelog of libcurl3: 404  Not Found [IP:
140.211.15.34 80]
