Bug#719819: document antiharassment@d.o contact point at /intro/organization

Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal

Heya, I think that the antiharassment@d.o email contact point should be
documented at http://www.debian.org/intro/organization , in order to promote
the initiatve outside the purely DebConf context. Currently, the address is
documented on DebConf website(s) and at https://wiki.debian.org/AntiHarassment,
but I think it deserve mentions in a some more "official" place like
/intro/organization. Also, it seems consistent with the general practice of
documenting there @d.o contact points...

Many thanks in advance for considering,
Cheers.
