Updating the people.pl file.
The people dot pl file is available on debwww/cron dot git.
It is known for special maintainer regex (however it lacks different
words like crew and force).
Current special maintainer regex - 4 words.

Please update the people dot pl file to add the missing words on the
special maintainer regex. (However you are going to stop converting
file names to web addresses, replacing the full stop with the word
dot.)
