This is very similar request as

This is a generic issue for all DDP documents and www server resource, I
am CCing both ML.

But it drains server resource.

contraly, now that you have 2 locations for HTML, people may be
confused.  I doubt this as driving reason to create single page.

This is very true.  grep with plain text is not as useful.
But if you wish full searchable document, we have PDF.

So it really comes down to DDP policy and WWW resource issue.

Build script wise, they are created when making plain text so no extra
work needed.
