Debian-admin just maintains the machines, we don't usually are
responsible for any particular service.  These are taken care of by
dedicated teams.

I don't know what aptitude does or wants, but maybe it tries to get
things from packages.debian.org?  If so, debian-www is the right
contact (CCed).

If in doubt, debian-user can usually provide assistance.
