Yes it does, since the debian-reference package shipped in Wheezy should
point accurately to Wheezy as stable. If the debian-reference
maintainers wish to play the revert-revert-revert-revert game (à la
tasksel), they could to do so until Wheezy is release, but that's up to
them (and definitely not a grave issue in their package). If an upload
of the package is needed and they forget to revert that change, that
will be an issue, so I'm not sure it's worth changing it. Reassigning
where it belongs in the mean time.
