debaday.debian.net is a site that publishes reviews of Debian & Ubuntu
packages. They just started publishing a YAML index of all their reviews
and the binary packages they are for:

http://debaday.debian.net/site-index/

It would be nice if packages.d.o could link to the review for packages
with a review or to the review submission page for other packages. The
link text for the former could be "Read a review for this package!" and
the latter could be "Be the first to review this package!", or similar.

As it's still down, closing the bug.
Feel free to unarchive/reopen it in case debaday lives again.
