Bug#678232: Support IPv6 dual-stack access for Debian's websites

Hello,
(Don't know if this pseudo-package is the proper way for this bug, so
please forward if needed.)
As IPv6 deployment is current underway for many major websites, and IPv6
support was a release goal since etch, I wish all Debian's public
website have an IPv6 connection in addition to IPv4.
Specifically:
1. Some Debian machine have IPv6 address, but their public aliases
don't. For example, lists.debian.org seems to be an alias of
bendel.debian.org, but:
$ host bendel.debian.org
bendel.debian.org has address 82.195.75.100
bendel.debian.org has IPv6 address 2001:41b8:202:deb:216:36ff:fe40:4002
$ host lists.debian.org
lists.debian.org has address 82.195.75.100
lists.debian.org mail is handled by 0 bendel.debian.org.
2. Important sites should have IPv6, such as
www.debian.org.(www.debian.org had an IPv6 address about one year ago,
why it's removed?)
$ host www.debian.org
www.debian.org has address 128.31.0.51
For this case, can we set up mirror on some IPv6-ready machines, and add
dns records like this:
www.debian.org : A = X.debian.org, AAAA = Y.debian.org
where X.debian.org is v4-only, and Y.debian.org has v6.
In fact, many machines listed[1] have IPv6 connection, and it's easy to
make use of that.
