They have simply not been rebuilt: In <http://www.debian.org/users/index.en> headers (line 8): <meta name="Modified" content="2012-05-23 16:47:18"> In <http://www.debian.org/users/index.de> headers (line 8): <meta name="Modified" content="2012-05-07 00:39:14"> I just updated the Makefile to rebuild the index if an English page is modified, so the translations will be updated after the next run.
