Worked here, I successfully downloaded
libwebkitgtk-1.0-0_1.6.3-1_amd64.deb
from
ftp.de.debian.org/debian
and
ftp.it.debian.org/debian
Maybe a (temporary) problem on your site? (internet service provider?)
Is it possible for you to download any other package?
