Hi! You should look over the references to sellers of hardware with debian GNU/Linux pre-installed. http://www.debian.org/distrib/pre-installed I happened across the finnish vendor Linux Solutions. Their webpage is fairly old, selling computer models with P4 Intel processor. You should require the vendors to renew their listings every year (or more frequently) or else remove their information.
