Vendor unresponsive

Hi,

I came across a vendor in India LinuxPlate, their website was listed in your list: linuxplate.in/distro/debian/
I followed the procedure to apply for DVD and I made the payment, and emailed them the pdf of the transaction, now the money is transferred.
They are not responding to any of my emails.

Please help me get my DVD else atleast help me get in touch with the vendor. There is no telephone number listed in their website nor your vendor list for me to contact them directly.
