Patch is mostly done with the help of taffit (thanks). :-)

But as we both will be more or less offline during this week,
I decided to hold back until next weekend (August 5th), then I'll
commit the brazilian subdirectory and the patches to the build system
to activate it.

The patch is not intrusive and I intend to sent commit the
brazilian subdirectory, sent the patch for review, wait a little bit,
apply the patch and monitor the build/website to see if everythings
goes fine.

Thanks in advance (sorry for postponing the change/commit).

Kind regards,
