The CSS code in http://www.debian.org/debian.css will always make the
page wider than browser window width, which results in an horizontal
scrollbar, for example in Konqueror:

html, body {
	[...]
	margin: 0 4px 0 4px;
	[...]
}

[...]

#pagewidth {
	width: 100%;
	[...]
}

100% wide + 4px = always 4 pixels wider than the window...
