How to join the Alioth webwml project - proposal for changing

I read:
"To obtain write access to the website, please request to join
the webwml project on Alioth."
... which is a link to
https://alioth.debian.org/project/request.php?group_id=1135
Following this link as an ordinary website visitor, leads to
Alioth showing a default page, saying that the requested
function is not available, if one is not logged in.
Therefore I would suggest the following changing:
