We have sent a message to try to get more information from the vendor using its online website form, in addition, we have also emailed both the sales contact email we had and the whois contact information to inquiry on its status. We take reports from customers of the vendors we list very seriously and although we cannot confirm your claims ourselves, we have tentatively removed the vendor from our vendor list at the website (the changes should show up when the site is rebuilt in a few hours).
