CD/faq/index.wml: mentioned cd burning tools gcombust and GnomeToaster are dead

Hello,

on http://www.debian.org/CD/faq/index.en.html we mention
programs to be used for burning iso files to disc:
gcombust	project seems dead, url is 404
GnomeToaster	project seems dead, url seems no longer
			available

They should be removed from the list, instead we should tell
about the new default burning application for Gnome, namely Brasero.

Additionally I have moved the long description into the same order
as in the listing (moved k3b to the end).

Attached a patch.
