Bug#627090: www.debian.org: Enable translation tracking robot for po4a as well

The very same you reference below.

E.g. for po-debconf
http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po-debconf/de
you can see what the status is for each German translation, e.g. RFR
(in review), BTS (sent to BTS) and so on. On the German page for po4a
this column is not present. This request is to add that column for the
po4a case as well.

Well, a) the page is only available for French (thanks for pointing it
out, it looks nice!) and b) I'd like to behave "l10n/po4a/" similar to
"po-debconf/de" on www.debian.org. So this bug is valid.

I'm in principle aware of that page (I'm not sure when I read it last)
but note that it does not mention po4a as used by the French team and
since resources are displayed this should move to www.debian.org as
well? (But this would be a different bug, please ignore for now).
