International scientific history: Memorandum In 20 century,the mankind and the science begin make way into atom-nucleus's science,for nuclear science,have two line of knowledge: First line is:spreading the Quantum Mechanics into atomic-nucleus--->the wave function and the wavelength exceed range of nucleus and the question of "magnetic moment"and "spin angular momentum"and etc--->judgement:have not electron in nucleus--->protons and neutrons are composed nuclei,the neutron is not charged,with a maximum repulsion between protons--->Nuclei can not form a nucleus--->assume "stong interactions" and "weak interactions"--->to establish QCD modeled on the QED--->Quark model--->big explode theory,chord theory,...... Second line is:ZhongPingdong constant[atomic radius->Planck constant,nuclear radius->ZhongPingdong constant]--->electronic physics--->electron is within the nucleus--->new nuclear model [ZhongPingdong model]--->microphysics--->microchemistry. Who is right should be discussed with the experiment to identify,make the conclusion from the history and practice! I am discover and founded second line and theorys:1.PingdongZhong constant.2.electron is within the nucleus.3.ZhongPingdong nuclear model.4.Electronic physics.5.microchemistry.6.microphysics. A scholar speak:"First line and theorys are 'final verdict'".In history,"Thomson atomic model"and "phlogiston" and Geocentric theory" and etc all were taked something as "final verdict".and if tou want to against they,you were suffered repress.In that tear ,"phlogiston"and "Geocentric theory" and "Thomson atomic model" are "final verdict",but they are not "truth",they are "fallacy",they were abandoned.First line and theorys are "final verdict"and are not "truth".You may continue uphold first line, but you are not can blockade and strangle second line,must to discuss,must make experiment to judge,in fact, first line is walking to into decline,and second line is stand in originate,second line is main direction,there is plenty of room for development. The truth of natural sciences have a character:The truth is only! Between first line and second line,who is right?Now,first line and their theorys already are lifelines of academic authoritys and editors,first line is "Geocentric theory"school of 20-21 century.In this way, what is consequence?1.The theory walk toward death,the science walk toward death.2.Those experiments waste a lot of money of tax-payer and have not effect.3.nuclear fusion reactor have not effect and waste a lot of money.These are commit towering crimrs for mankind."Strong interaction"and "weak interaction" are not in existence,they are idealism's fallacys,they are spreading absurd theory,they are "new clothes of Emperor". Moreover,Neutrinos,Quark,fictitious process,fictitious particle,chord,particle's annihilation,dark matter,dark energy......,they all are not exist in nature,they are "phlogiston" in 20 century,they are new "Geocentric",they all are "Emperor's new clothes",they all are idealistic "master piece",they all are swindlers'stricks,they are "mathematics idealism"and "vacuum-maths new religion". Why this fallacy system can exist on 100 years?Why still let falsehoods are disseminated?Why still want let fallacy system to poison youthes and mankind?Whewe are the conscience of professors? Now already is 21 century,why appointed and hegemony can ride roughshod over?They are very arbitrary and brute than staling and religion judicature of middle-century,Staling is a despot,because he repress and eradicate different theorys and scholars.Now in nature-scientific world,some scholars blockade and suppress and kill different theirys and scholars.Are they too despots?Now is 21 century,why sciences's world and education's world still cease in dark spoch of 16 century?This dark spoch will write into in scientific history!Bring down a tyrant! "Strong authority=truth"?"The authority and influence judge the truth"?The truth is sole!Bruno was burned,Serviter was roasted,Jarilian was arreted and exiled,is truth died?No, the truth aldeady was win victory in blood and fire! But, some institutes of scientific research,some University,some editorial board of magazines and government only permit existence of man-current school of thought,and blockade and strangle new theory,this is monopolize and commit an offence for all mankind,47 years!Why they want become religion judicature of 21 century?Why want blockade and strangle new science and truth?Why is not let new theory appear?Have democracy and truth in scientific world and education's world?Why only have monopolist and tyrant?Now want new theory and new science still repeat destiny of Bruno and Jurilian?The science and mankind already were delayed 100 years!Why want to be buried alive with the dead for first line?Where "democracy"and "dawn"?Why only have dark in scientific world and society?Save truth!Save new science!We decide bring a conplaint before the court against some institutions and some scholars,because they blockade and smother truth and new science,they commit an offence against science and truth ,they are enemy of mankind.[Sorry,my English level is low .thank you.]
