Bug#604048: www.debian.org: Count of 'days in preparation' is wrong on wnpp page

 It was filed on May 1st actually, I guess that's where the difference
comes from. I guess making the code that generates the data aware of
retitle and start calculating from there would require a fair bit of
work, though.
