commenting out stuff in webwml

        Hi!

MadameZou mentioned in #debian-www that english/ports/hurd/hurd-install.wml
contains a fair amount of html comments. While in principle this should
work (even though it will result ending up in the final html page) there
are some issues in this file: There is usage of literal -- in some
paragraphs, and given that html comments start and end at every
occurence of -- the result is rather devasting.

Can you please switch to using a.) *NO* literal -- inside the text, and
also to b.) use wml comment markers like # at the start of the lines?
While the former will fix the misrendering, the later will reduce the
size of the html page.

Thanks in advance, and please keep it in mind. :)
Rhonda [sent to debian-www not to blame you publicly but to make other
readers aware of the issue, too]
