Actually, lists.cfg is already present in english/MailingList makefile
(so the cronjob could be dropped), but
organization.wml target of intro/Makefile doesn't trigger the build of
MailingLists/lists.cfg.

And given my makefile abilities, I have no idea how to fix it.
