following a discussion who dates back to DebConf10 and which has been
completed recently, I hereby ask you to add Luca Capello and Francesca
Ciceri to the events@d.o mail alias. The complete list of recipients
after the addition should look like:

Once implemented, I'll check with the above people on board to update
the corresponding documentation (at least /intro/organization and
/misc/merchandise).
