http://www.debian.org/CD/artwork/index.ko.html is present, and choosen
by the webserver in case korean is the prefered language (tested).
However, indeed, http://www.debian.org/CD/artwork/index.en.html has not
been rebuilt (yet) to include the link to the korean page.
