http://times.debian.net/ doesn't respond anymore. Does the service
definitively stoppped or failed temporarily?

According the default install of Liferea, an RSS feed was provided at
"http://times.debian.net/?format=rss20.xml";.

Please be notified that the any .debian.net domain isn't under the
umbrella of the website team, so filing a bugreport against
www.debian.org is wrong for those. I'm closing these bugreports.

 <http://wiki.debian.org/DebianNetDomains> has some informations about
debian.net domains, the two you listed though aren't in there. In the
case that the host entries are A records you can query DNS for the TXT
type for them for contact informations though:

rhonda@edna:~$ host -t txt debaday.debian.net
debaday.debian.net descriptive text "Martin Zobel-Helas <zobel@debian.org>"
debaday.debian.net descriptive text "PGP 5DB3 1301 375A A50F 07E7 302F 493E FB8E 5D64 F870"
rhonda@edna:$ host -t txt times.debian.net
times.debian.net descriptive text "Andreas Barth <aba@debian.org>"
times.debian.net descriptive text "PGP E820 0948 8397 4FDC 3CD0 0EC6 99D3 99A1 EC36 A185"

Thus - copying your report to the owners of the zone entries.

 Thanks,
Rhonda
