Mirror of "packages.debian.org" in Greece is not up-to-date

I check for new packages using
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/main/newpkg?format=rss

Each new package contains a link such as
http://packages.debian.org/sid/main/mingw-w64
This link does not work, if I reach the greek mirror (as per FlagFox)
of packages.debian.org.
