It is possible to do it for all languages, but some teams may already have
a cron job and they may not like receiving duplicates.

If wanted, I can make it a more official service from i18n.debian.net (or
it could be moved to a www-master service).

I've subscribed to the bug.
I do not really care where it is assigned as it affects both i18n and the
web site.

debian-www and debian-i18n:
 * Are there some issues if such mails are sent for each team (each team
   can configure how often and who receive mails)?
 * Are there some preferences between www-master and i18n.d.n?
