Yes, moinmoin provides a tool to do that automatically.

It might not be explicit (something like "automatic-upgrade-script"
could have been better), but it is accurate.

moinmoin don't seems to provide a tool to change the author of a page,
we would have to modify the raw files.

Since the page's changelog is explicit, we'll probably leave it as-is.
