Hi,
debian-www is about the Debian *website*, it's not the default support
address.
debian-user mailing lists are better suited for such questions. Once the
worry is confirmed, that can be escalated to Debian admins.

32.1.4.248 nor 32.1.6.16 are IPs of Debian servers, it seems AT&T
network, maybe your DNS server is lying.
