Thanks for your report.

Since http://bzr.debian.org/ is not under web scope, but Alioth scope,
I've created a bug in the alioth tracker at
https://alioth.debian.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=311959&group_id=1&atid=200001
(Alioth team does not use the BTS, hence this bugs will be closed on BTS
side°.
