Hi, I am unsure id I'm sending this to the correct person, but here goes: The South African Debian mirror (http://www.za.debian.org) does not seem to be hosted within South Africa! We are VERY limited with the amount of data we can receive/transmit internationally, so I feel (very strongly) that a "South African" mirror should be located within South Africa.
