Thanks for reporting.  I also find that the English version of
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/News/2009/
has no articles, although there should be one item:
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/News/2009/20090131 .
Also, the translated version of the page above list 2008 articles with
year part of their article URL set to "2009".

Hmm..., is this issue related to the reported problem?
I've been checking the source code, but I have not yet find the cause...
