While I was working on translation for News/2008/20080808 page,
I've found a mistake for link, not "$(HOME)/" but "http://www.debconf.org/";.

Thanks, modification applied using smar_change.pl (so that all
translation get updated automatically).
./smart_change.pl -s 's,<a href.*http://www.debconf.org/,<a href="http://www.debconf.org/";>http://www.debconf.org/,g' english/News/2008/20080808.wml
Fix should be visible within a few hours.
