The inital CVS checkout use 280MB, which are pretty affordable. (I am
not a DD).
IMO, someone who prefers to save 200MB should ask debian-www to launch
the smart_change, as Franklin PIAT did it a few weeks ago, rather than
silently fix only the english version.
