The urlcheck scripts is based on HTTP return codes, but moinmoin always
returns 200 OK (see #362421).
Well, just checked again, and that seems to be solved.
You so can just grep the urlcheck output for wiki.debian.org links.

Yes, the question mark needs to be escaped, done.
