anonftpsync and removal of non-US from mirror.ox.ac.uk

Your debian-non-US entry is now removed.

By the way, it seems you don't use anonftpysnc, which is the recommended
way to sync the Debian archive (it ensures the sync is almost atomic,
generates traces files we use to check the freshness, exlude all the
arch specific files).

Please adopt or adapt http://www.debian.org/mirrors/anonftpsync
