On which page ? Which distribution ?
Which URLs ? There are plenty of servers that provide Debian DVD images.

What I can tell you is that they are not broken right now.
As you can notice, that is an Internet Explorer error, not an server
one, maybe IE is trying to display the content of the ISO.
Click right "save the target as" in order to save the ISO on your hard
disk.
