Hello,
The changelog pages do not link to all the closed bugs.
As seen on [1] bugs which do not have a preceding # sign in the Closes: listings
are not linked to bugs.d.o. Since "Closes: 123456" is as valid as "Closes:
#123456" and has the same meaning, both forms should link to the corresponding bug.
