and try clicking any of the package links, e.g.
http://packages.debian.org/sid/libzipios++-dev

I have the impression that packages.d.o doesn't allow package names with a + in it.

http://packages.debian.org/sid/swish++
doesn't work either

Nor does
http://packages.debian.org/sid/libzipios%2B%2B-dev
for the record.
