Why do you expect trouble with security.debian.org? (OK, probably
because the next line says so). But I would think the mirror
mirrors.xmission.com is broken (it's not a official Debian host).
Just comment it out in your file /etc/apt/sources.list.

Is the indentation really the result of apt-get or by pasting into
your email program?
