Bug#435499: www.debian.org: children-distros page incorrectly referes RAYS LX distro as dead

The debian-based RAYS LX is not dead, rather its URL was just
outdated. I've corrected the problem in the attached patch. Feel free
to apply.
I've also fixed some format mismatch to make the page looks more consistent.
