Mass CD vendor removal on /CD/vendors/

Hello,

I've just gone through the entire CD vendor list on 
<http://www.debian.org/CD/vendors/> and removed vendors whose websites were 
gone or which didn't provide enough information for visitors to make a 
buying decision - in particular, no prices or product information.

I have sent mails to all removed vendors, so hopefully in those cases where 
I've made a mistake, the entry can be quickly re-added.

All in all, I have removed 54 vendors! :-o Over the years, quite a bit of 
cruft seems to have accumulated... 209 vendors remain in the list.
