This list is more about the coordination of the website, not
filesystems that are found within Debian. You didn't mention which
filesystem you were after in particular.

The stock Debian kernel I'm running here has the following filesystems
ACPI_SLEEP_PROC_FS PNPBIOS_PROC_FS SCSI_PROC_FS RADIO_TYPHOON_PROC_FS
EXT2_FS EXT3_FS REISERFS_FS JFS_FS XFS_FS OCFS2_FS MINIX_FS ROMFS_FS
AUTOFS_FS AUTOFS4_FS FUSE_FS ISO9660_FS ZISOFS_FS UDF_FS FAT_FS MSDOS_FS
VFAT_FS NTFS_FS PROC_FS CONFIGFS_FS ADFS_FS AFFS_FS HFS_FS HFSPLUS_FS
BEFS_FS BFS_FS EFS_FS JFFS_FS JFFS_PROC_FS JFFS2_FS VXFS_FS HPFS_FS
QNX4FS_FS SYSV_FS UFS_FS NFS_FS SMB_FS NCP_FS CODA_FS AFS_FS 9P_FS
DEBUG_FS

Also try http://packages.debian.org/ and searching for your filesystem
you are looking for, make sure you click on the "Description" option as
the package name may (but usually does) have the filesystem type in it.
