No, sorry. There are some Japanese mailing lists and they are
sometimes confusing. I'll explain, although it is not so important
here:

* debian-l10n-japanese at l.d.o: This address is sometimes wrongly
documented in translations as a contact address. However, this does
NOT exist (at least so far).

* debian-japanese at l.d.o: This address is used as contact addresses
for many translations such as debconf po. Language used on this
  list is English.

* Debian JP's debian-doc at debian.or.jp: This address is used for
requests for reviews and commits and for pointing out some issues
concerning with translations of Debian-related documents and po
files. Language used on this list is Japanese.

* Debian JP's debian-www at debian.or.jp: This address is used for
requests for reviews and commits and for pointing out some issues
concerning with translations of Debian's web site (and Debian JP's
web site). Information mail about Japanese translations of webwml
is also sent to this list. Language used on this list is Japanese.

(*) Debian JP is an organization, which provides mailing lists and web
site in the Japanese language so that Japanese users can ask questions
and can contribute in their own mother language. :-)

Unfortunately and actually no one is available...

'nov' translated many issues of DWN for years and contributed many
commits, but he seems to have been busy recently. As a Japanese
translation team member of DWN, I received the last contact from him
on 2006-11-10, four months ago.

'tomos' is also a long-term contributor and translated many DSAs, but
he also seems to have been busy recently. His last post to Debian JP's
debian-www and debian-doc was 2007-01-21, two months ago.

'maehara' and 'kubota' maybe did many works, but it was before my
starting contribution to Debian. The last time I saw 'kubota' was
2004-08-06, on debian-japanese. 'maehara' seems to be maintaining
some packages now, but no one around me can contact him. Both maybe
busy...

Your suggestion to add a mailing list address to Japanese web
coordinators seems to be great!! It may be good to add debian-www at
debian.or.jp.

Yes, maybe pending as far... The last mail I received was a request
to resend and to encript on 2007-01-09.

I'm afraid my mails were treated as SPAMs and didn't reach him, since
I sent some mails to dburrows in the past but they were rejected as
SPAMs... :-(

Kenshi Muto, who is an active Japanese DD, requested my commit access
and his (backup) commit access 30 minutes ago. So I'll wait. :-)

Many thanks,
