Indeed, webwml/italian/News/weekly/2006/42 is encoded in UTF-8.

'iconv -f UTF-8 -t ISO-8859-1' fixed it.

Thanks for the report.

You can contact debian-l10n-italian firstly, opening a bug is maybe a
bit overkill :)
