Ill formated DSA data files

Hi,

I noticed that the format of DSA data files changed (added MD5sum). One
example is dsa-1234 whereas dsa-1233 still uses the old format.

This makes the webpage http://www.debian.org/security/2006/dsa-1234
nearly unreadable and needs to be fixed.
