You don't need to uninstall anything. You can just start the installation
again. If you select the same partitions for your installation as the
first time, these will be initialized and the new installation will
completely overwrite the previous installation.

If you used automatic partitioning of "free space" and you would like to
do that again:
- proceed with the installation until you get to the partitioning step
- select "manual partitioning"
- for all partitions created during the previous installation:
  - select it and hit <enter>
  - select the option to delete it
- select the option "guided partitioning" listed as the fourth (?) menu
  item

If you want to completely delete a Debian installation from your system,
the easiest way again is to delete or reformat the partitions used by it.

Good luck,

P.S. There is also a Japanese mailing list vor Debian where you can ask
questions like these: http://lists.debian.org/debian-japanese/
The Installation Guide (available in Japanese translation) also has some
information about how to use the partitioner.
